The Food Stamp program has been going on for more than 40 years now. This program helps provide food for needy families every month. Food stamps used to be provided in the form of actual stamps in a little booklet. However, now they are provided to families as a debit card with a PIN. Having a debit card with a PIN is a lot easier to keep safe and to use.
