Combine 1 banana, ½ cup silken tofu, ½ cup soymilk, 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tbsp. honey to get this afternoon pick me up smoothie ready.

Hawaiian Style

This is an exotic flavored smoothie that combines with papaya, making it a great after dinner dessert option for its digestive enzyme properties. Papain is known as one of those super foods that just helps when you need to settle your stomach after a good meal. Combine 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple, ½ cup chopped peeled papaya, ¼ cup guava nectar, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 1 tsp. grenadine, and ½ cup ice.
